Med 360 Urgent Care in Jasper to Close Permanently on April 30

We are sad to announce that our Jasper Clinic, Med 360 Urgent Care is closing. Our last day of operation will be April 30th, 2024. If you are our primary care patient please contact us so we can help you find a new PCP. We would love to have you at one of our other clinics. If you started our weight loss program, we also offer it at our Winfield and Northport clinics. We would like to thank Walker County for letting us serve and take care of you and your family for the past 5 years. It has been our pleasure. Not goodbye, just see ya later!
